Newsletter - February 2014

The AGM will be held in Seahorse on Thursday 27th March. Please attend and we shall have a bit of a celebration afterwards to toast the new club. BTYC and SSC AGMs for wind up of the individual clubs will be held beforehand in the relevant clubhouses.

Access to our buildings

As the clubs are merging the locks have been removed from the Seahorse building.  A universal pin code will be set across both clubs.  Brian and Fred will give us the number soon. The pin code to the SSC changing rooms will be different so we can give it to visitors.

During the new year some excellent advanced Laser training has been run by Alain, Roger and JC. Thanks. If newish laser members would like some more basic training - please get in touch with Helen (This email address is being protected from spambots. RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show

Sat & Sun 1-2 Mar 2014, Alexandra Palace, London

There is something for all dinghy sailors; young or old, novice or pro, cruiser or racer; it’s simply paradise for all dinghy sailors!

Many of us will be there from the club having some fun or helping to man the stand, although surely the two are not mutually exclusive.
